| Bang Bao (or Lonely Beach) is a little fishing
village located on the south-west corner of the
Chang Island. Built up on a pier stretching out into
the same-named bay, the narrow Bang Bao pier is
lined with private houses, shops, restaurants and
guesthouses -- all on stilts. This charming little
fishing village is another ideal spot to learn more
about the lifestyle of fishermen where residents
build up their houses with poles pitched into the
sea and the community is linked together via a
bridge that reaches every house. In addition, Bang
Bao is one of the zones rich in corals. |

Nirvana Resort - Everything during our
stay was perfect. The facilities were superb, the
surrounding island was beautiful and the resort staff were
very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We
